TradePulse is a trading journal and performance analytics platform designed to help traders track, analyze, and improve their trading activity. The Service is provided for informational and journaling purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Nothing on TradePulse constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content, analytics, and AI-generated insights are for educational and journaling purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, branding, and technology on TradePulse is the property of TradePulse and its licensors. You retain ownership of any trade data you upload to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
